A project becomes binding only when the applicable written estimate, proposal, or service agreement has been accepted by the parties.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about the project, including the location, approximate size, current condition of the surface, intended use, access limitations, and any other circumstances that could affect the work.

EFC does not currently maintain a universal deposit requirement through these website Terms. If a deposit or advance payment applies to a particular project, its amount, due date, and related conditions must be disclosed in writing before the customer accepts the project.
SCHEDULING AND PROJECT CONDITIONS
Requested or estimated dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Project schedules may be affected by weather, surface conditions, moisture, material availability, site access, necessary repairs, customer-requested changes, or other circumstances beyond EFC’s reasonable control.
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the project area and comply with preparation instructions communicated by EFC.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
EFC does not currently maintain a universal cancellation policy through these website Terms.
Project changes, postponements, or cancellations will be handled according to the written estimate, proposal, or service agreement applicable to the project. Customers should contact EFC as soon as possible if they need to request a change or cancellation.
Additional work or changes requested after a project has been approved may affect the price and schedule and may require written authorization.
WARRANTIES
EFC does not offer a universal website warranty applicable to every project.
